Brightlane Learning works to break the cycle of homelessness. By providing personalized academic support to students—and critical guidance to their families and caregivers—we interrupt the cycle of homelessness with the power of education. Volunteers perform office work to help the staff prepare for the upcoming school year. Second Helpings, fights hunger in Central Indiana from every angle. They rescue food that would otherwise be thrown away, prepare it, deliver it to local nonprofits for free, and train people for careers in the culinary industry. They deliver more than a million meals every year—many of them to kids and seniors. Alumnae will help prepare food in the kitchen.
